    Hi

I have a property website using AgentPress and I would like to link a property listing with a specific user/agent?

Can anybody please help me with this?

    Thank you

If the agent isn’t updating the site themselves, you can create user profiles for each of the agents. Then select that agent/user profile to attach to the listing.

    Hi Anitac

    Thanks for your reply.

I have added users as Administrators because they will add their own listings.

Where on the listing page can one select the user?

Do I need a plugin for that?

You know what… I just looked at the listings and there isn’t an Author/User field. So, what you can do is set up a new Taxonomy called Agent – add all of your agents in there that way.

Anitac, if the agents want email from the listing, will this also work?

Meaning the contact form must link to the agent and that must link then to the listing…
So the Agent must be able to receive emails from that specific listing.

I looked at the theme and instructions more carefully. If you look at a listings page on the demo – http://demo.studiopress.com/agentpress/listings/1227-auburn-creek-drive – it states at the bottom:

    * This contact form was developed with a third party plugin called Gravity Forms and is not included in the Genesis Framework. It is for display only here on the demo site – though we highly recommend using it.

I am not familiar with Gravity Forms so I cannot say whether or not there is a way to connect an Agent with a listing. I did find an area talking about Agentpress over on their support though. Maybe you can inquire over there – http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/tags/agentpress.
