I'm using Enterprise Pro theme with HTML5. Love it.
However since installing it I have had several customers contact me and mention they wish I'd had a link to "View Full Site" in the footer. I know that goes directly against the concept of responsive design. I get it. But when customers are mentioning it I have to take it seriously.
So my question is how can I add a link to my site that forces the full site to load and then keeps the full site loaded for that session as the user browses?
Many thanks!

DaveMarch 30, 2014 at 7:33 pm #97553AnitaKeymasterI found this tutorial on CSS-Tricks.com , but not sure how to implement it. I have clients who would really need this as an option too. I will send out a tweet to see if anyone can assist with this.

Next you will use the conditional tag in functions.php file and call that new CSS file if you want to make the site responsive. When you will call the new CSS file, only thattime you will enable this code
//* Add viewport meta tag for mobile browsers add_theme_support( 'genesis-responsive-viewport' );
I think that it can be a trick.

April 1, 2014 at 1:01 pm #97941Genesis DeveloperMemberHi All,
I sorted out the problem. Currently you can see the demo here "Free Theme". Please check site on device. Then you will get "View Full Site" link at footer.
It is too late here now. Tomorrow I'll write a article and post the link here. Then you can see the code and logic.
Good Night for now.
Best
