I've just upgraded a site to Magazine Pro.
I'm having an issue with the logo. Whenever I uploaded anything larger than the exact size 380x90 too much was cropped out to be used. So I resized to the exact requirements and the full logo is seen, however it looks quite small and is surrounded by quite a bit of white space. I assume I need to edit css to fix this but can anyone suggest how I can make the logo bigger and reduce the white space around it?
I also just noticed that my primary navigation doesn't line up with the secondary navigation like it does in the demo. Any thoughts?
You can change the header size in functions.php - just look for the custom header function and change the values. However, you'll also need to edit your stylesheet to keep the logo from being cut off. You can use a tool like Firebug to see what CSS rules apply to that area and experiment with how changing the values will look on the site.
I'm seeing your nav menus lined up just fine - can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Thanks for the help. I've made some changes and it is coming along. One issue (besides the quality of the logo) is that I can't figure out how to change the margin below the logo. I've tried multiple times the piece of css that I thought it should be but makes no difference to the site. Any thoughts?
How can i upload the logo with out crop image ? Please help me

Update the following code in your functions.php file
/** Add support for custom header */ add_theme_support( 'genesis-custom-header', array( 'width' => 'YOUR NEW LOGO WIDTH', 'height' => 'YOUR NEW LOGO HEIGHt' ) );
