I recently acquired the MetroPro theme and have developed it on my Mac; however, when the site is displayed and viewed on a PC it does not reflect the way the site should look.
This is what the site should look like... this if viewed from my MAC: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3729qts4p40smgw/Screenshot%202014-04-02%2017.33.15.png
This is how 4 other computers (PCs) in my home, plus others outside my home view the site: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zcmalehzmrzglc3/Theme-Displayed-Incorrectly.PNG
I searched the forum for the word "Mac" and what I have found is that other people have had a similar issue, but nobody seems to have a resolution? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated... otherwise, it would seem that I'm just spinning my wheels using this theme. Thx!

April 2, 2014 at 4:46 pm #98160kingengrMemberYes... I have Quick Cache installed.
April 2, 2014 at 4:47 pm #98161AnitaKeymasterClick that tab, in the upper right corner - click Clear. Refresh both computer browsers.

April 2, 2014 at 4:54 pm #98165kingengrMemberFirst, thank you for your quick response and assistance. I'm using the "Lite" version. I had also recently (last week) changed from WP SuperCache... but didn't actually notice the difference until now.
As for your suggestion, I had tried that earlier today with no luck. I've cleared QCache on the server, as well as cleared the cache on the PC browser with no luck. Do you use a Caching plugin? If so which one? Thx
April 2, 2014 at 5:16 pm #98168AnitaKeymasterI use Quick Cache. Clear the Cache again, then deactivate it. Leave it deactivated and let me know. I still see it active on the website.

April 2, 2014 at 5:28 pm #98169kingengrMemberOk, plugin is now deactivated. I've tried it "disabled" and now "deactivated" on my PC side with no luck. Even after clearing the browser cache.
April 2, 2014 at 5:30 pm #98170AnitaKeymasterWow, it's blue on my Kindle. Give me a couple minutes to check the code.

April 2, 2014 at 5:33 pm #98172kingengrMemberhmmm... it has always been blue, or correct on my iPhone as well. I never mess with code in fear of messing something up 🙂
April 2, 2014 at 5:34 pm #98173AnitaKeymasterBut it's orange on my desktop. Which color is it supposed to be?

April 2, 2014 at 5:37 pm #98175AnitaKeymasterI see a mobile detection plugin activated in your theme. Do you see a plugin for that?

April 2, 2014 at 5:39 pm #98176kingengrMemberThus lies the problem... blue is the correct color. This is what I see on my Mac: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3729qts4p40smgw/Screenshot%202014-04-02%2017.33.15.png
But PCs are appearing orange as well as an improper layout. Widgets should be on the right... also, here is what IE10 in compatibility mode is doing... fullscreen widgets w/no content: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pfo4mkdch1z5ov2/IE10-Compatibility-Mode.PNG
April 2, 2014 at 5:41 pm #98177AnitaKeymasterDid you find the mobile detection plugin?

April 2, 2014 at 5:43 pm #98178kingengrMembernot familiar with that one... I've now disabled all of the Genesis plugins and still no luck. Going to disable all plugins and see what happens?
April 2, 2014 at 5:48 pm #98179AnitaKeymasterAre you up-to-date on your WP and Genesis Framework?

April 2, 2014 at 5:50 pm #98180kingengrMemberYes... all is up to date... I just purchased Genesis and MetroPro last week.
Ok, now all plugins are inactive... cleared my PC chrome cache/history from the beginning of time and it's still displaying incorrectly. It's obviously something w/in the theme/child? What a bizarre problem!
April 2, 2014 at 5:51 pm #98181AnitaKeymasterYes, put in a ticket. I will send out a tweet to the #GenesisWP community to see if someone can take a look.

April 2, 2014 at 5:54 pm #98182AnitaKeymasterI sent out the tweet, now let's see if we get any takers. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
