    Hi–

Just as I am deep into transitioning a few sites to M2.0, Pro comes out. The few posts I’ve read reflect some of the getting to know and birth pains of a new theme. This makes me want to stay in 2.0, just because there’s quite a bit of documentation in the interwebz already.

A couple of questions if anyone can spare a few moments.

    1. Will using a “retired” theme, bite us back later? My understanding is that themes aren’t updated anyway. It’s Genesis that gets updated. So it’s not like running an older version of software.

    2. What is the rationale behind the persistent top nav and site title?

    3. Is moving to HTML5 super important given that 2.0 is responsive as well anyway?

Personally, I actually like the more typical scrolling behavior of 2.0.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Stay with 2.0 until the fix some stuff and more documentation arrives
