We're setting up a multisite network of two sites for a client, and we're using Dynamic Website Builder on the Genesis theme framework.
The client needs the search form to return results from both sites listing the current site's first, and then - under a different heading - the other site's search results. (Could perhaps be done with two columns, one for each site, on full-width page).
We are using Relevanssi search plugin (pro version) and have managed to add the necessary code to custom-functions.php so that both sites are searched, and results are listed. However, we now need some formatting and additional coding on the search results page, and for that it seems a custom search template is needed.
At the very least, the following code is needed inside the inside the while(have_posts()) loop on the results page, but I don't know how, or where, to enter this:
Can anyone help in the creation of this please. We are prepared to pay for the service to get the functionality and results page looking how we need it.
