Hi there Genesis folks!
Today, I relased a little new Genesis plugin called “Genesis Widgetized Archive”
What does is?
It brings a bit new flexibility… for the Archive page! Take control over Your Archive Pages in Genesis again! Use the ever popular way of Widgets to build your own archive listing or sitemap-like content. Use up to three columns that are responsive and enable automatically. Don’t lose your archive/sitemap creations if you ever switch the Genesis child theme.
>> You can download the plugin on WordPress.org
There, you’ll also find a lot more info on how it works exactly, FAQ and some more stuff…
Note, this is a plugin by myself, so from the community, it’s not “official”. However, I’d love you to try it out and give some feedback!
Thank you!
-Dave

I hope it helps some users to get a more custom setup.
I am also planning a “pro” version of it which will also bring some new widgets for Genesis users – and therefore also useable on any other widget area

November 19, 2012 at 5:37 pm #763I’m sure it will get downloaded and used a lot. Look forward to playing with it.
