I have a calendar plugin that creates single event pages for events. I would like these single page events to look like the full width page template in Outreach Pro. Where can I find this page template in my themes folder?
I read another post and in that post someone said just copy and paste the landing page. However in order to customize a page template I need to find the following code variations:
<?php the_content()?> or <?php echo get_the_content();?>
and replace it with:
<?php eventon_se_page_content(); ?>
But I don't see that in the landing page code which is:
<?php /** * This file adds the Landing template to the Outreach Pro Theme. * * @author StudioPress * @package Outreach Pro * @subpackage Customizations */ /* Template Name: Landing */ //* Add custom body class to the head add_filter( 'body_class', 'outreach_add_body_class' ); function outreach_add_body_class( $classes ) { $classes[] = 'outreach-pro-landing'; return $classes; } //* Force full width content layout add_filter( 'genesis_site_layout', '__genesis_return_full_width_content' ); //* Remove site header elements remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_header_markup_open', 5 ); remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_header', 10 ); remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_header_markup_close', 15 ); //* Remove navigation remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' ); remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' ); //* Remove breadcrumbs remove_action( 'genesis_before_loop', 'genesis_do_breadcrumbs' ); //* Remove sub-footer widgets remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'outreach_sub_footer', 5 ); //* Remove site footer widgets remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_footer_widget_areas' ); //* Remove site footer elements remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_open', 5 ); remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_do_footer' ); remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_close', 15 ); //* Run the Genesis loop genesis();
In the above code where do I put
<?php eventon_se_page_content(); ?>
?Thanks! I hope this makes sense?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?November 4, 2015 at 5:23 pm #170183katji83MemberMr. Font I'm really confused.
I just want to create a template so event pages like this:
http://deliverancebc.org/index.php/events/womens-luncheon/will look like this with the white box in the middle so you can actually read the text on the Events page:
So from my understanding my custom template will pretty much look the same EXCEPT it will include pages populated by the plugin. Here is my custom page so far:
<?php /** * This file adds a Custom page template to the Outreach Pro Theme. * * @author StudioPress * @package Outreach Pro * @subpackage Customizations */ /* Template Name: Custom */ //* Add custom body class to the head add_filter( 'body_class', 'outreach_add_body_class' ); function outreach_add_body_class( $classes ) { $classes[] = 'outreach-pro-custom'; return $classes; } //* Force full width content layout add_filter( 'genesis_site_layout', '__genesis_return_full_width_content' ); //* Remove site header elements remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_header_markup_open', 5 ); remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_header', 10 ); remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_header_markup_close', 15 ); //* Remove navigation remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' ); remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' ); //* Remove breadcrumbs remove_action( 'genesis_before_loop', 'genesis_do_breadcrumbs' ); //* Remove sub-footer widgets remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'outreach_sub_footer', 5 ); //* Remove site footer widgets remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_footer_widget_areas' ); //* Remove site footer elements remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_open', 5 ); remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_do_footer' ); remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_close', 15 ); //* Run the Genesis loop genesis();
But I have no idea how to find the Genesis loop (I did a google search but I'm even more confused). The plugin creator (myeventon) has never used genesis so they're confused too. LOL. Please help.
November 4, 2015 at 5:28 pm #170185katji83MemberSorry I just want my event pages to look like this http://deliverancebc.org/index.php/sample-page/
But I need to add this somewhere on the template to do so and I have no idea where to add this code in the feedback loop:
<?php eventon_se_page_content(); ?>
November 9, 2015 at 8:45 am #170563Victor FontModeratorThe deliverance site is using a standard page. There is not special template. Create a new page and add the code to the content area using the editor text tab, not the visual tab.
