    I am trying to lighten the overall theme and have been able to change the background colour to white but now the sidebars are giving me grief. I am a complete newbie with CSS but have managed through other posts on this page to change the background colour to a grey colour but the now the green text headings and the text itself are very hard to read. I am at a loss to see what to do now as the headings and text show up fine on the demo version where the background is black. Here is the snippet I have changed in the Outreach Pro: Stylesheet (style.css) to get the gray colour background:

    .sidebar .widget {
    background-color: #A9A9A9;
    border-radius: 3px;
    padding: 30px;
    }

    I did originally change it to a white background but then the sidebar widgets looked completely lost against an all white background.

    I would appreciate any help.
