    I really hate to ask this because it was so hard to get the slider to finally work right, but, is there a way to change the size of the slider to 500 x 300? And then have the left side stay where it currently is?

    I am slowly figuring my way around this theme, but not quite sure where to look for this, or if it is even possible.

    Site is http://crossroadsefca.org/

    Thanks!

    The slider’s dimensions are set in the slider settings panel of course otherwise it’s not really contained by anything but the #contnet div so you’ll need to add a new rule to target the div it’s in, e.g.

    .home-featured {width: 500px;}

    I assume you want to add another sidebar beside it for another widget so refer to this tutorial for that.

    Thanks again SoZo! I think I was expecting it to be much more complicated than that!

    Now to try to figure out how to put 3 feature page widgets vertically to the right of the slider…

    Paul, love what you’ve done!  I’m currently using the same theme for our church and gradually getting it there.
