    So I was tinkering around with padding and various widths to make a little more room for content and I’m not sure what I did! The header no longer goes to the edge of the site-container and it looks bad! I’m happy with everything else, just the two little strips of white on either side of the header. Any suggestions? I’m super-new to all this, so I apologize if it’s an obvious fix.

    Thanks!

    go to line no 849 of your style css file:

    Before it was

    .site-header {
    	background-color: #c6dded;
    	padding: 48px;
    	padding: 2rem;
    	overflow: hidden;
            border-bottom: dotted #88888a;
            border-top: dotted #88888a
    }

    And now try this

    .site-header {
    	background-color: #c6dded;
    	padding: 20px;
    	padding: 2rem;
            margin: 0 20px;
            margin: 0 -2rem
    	overflow: hidden;
            border-bottom: dotted #88888a;
            border-top: dotted #88888a
    }
