I finally upgraded my site and found that the newer version of Genesis caused major issues with my design styles not reading. I saw the old thread about enabling Minify CSS, so I did that. The problem with that is that is disables any Google webfonts that you use. So I have most of my styling back, but my webfonts are gone (and things look a little weird). Any ideas on this one?
You can use a plugin My Custom CSS
Anything you put in there wont be overwritten when you upgrade your theme.
Plus always take a copy of your theme when you finish tweaking it – so you can always find any changed code – sorry that’s a bit of hind sight
