    I was hoping somebody could assist.  On the various StudioPress demo sites there is a purchase overlay that is fixed on the bottom where you can “see pricing and buy theme.”  I love that concept.  Of course I would want it to say something else.  Can anybody provide instructions for getting that added to the bottom of my site (the Magazine theme).  Thanks, much!

    Basically it’s a div outside of the content (above it) and it’s given a style that keeps it at the bottom.

    You could add a div before the content using Genesis Simple Hooks and put it in the genesis_before_header Hook:

    <div id=”my_overlay”>My content</div>

    Then in your CSS (styles.css) you could add this style:

    #my_overlay {
      background: url("images/bg-overlay.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
      bottom: 0;
      height: 65px;
      left: 0;
      position: fixed;
      width: 100%;
       z-index: 1000;

    At least this is the style that StudioPress is using.

    Thank you so much, csbeck.  That did the trick.  I really appreciate your assistance!  Thanks!!!
