I compared all the themes current files to the originals and nothing has changed. Where else should I look. I had a professional Malware removal company clean the site.
When I'm on the mobile version the menu is there. I've had to put an empty text widget in the Home 1 section to get the main menu to appear on the homepage, but it disappears when you scroll down. And when viewing posts/pages the main menu is totally gone and so is the very top of the page, you can't see the bread crumbs.
Thanks for any advice!

Your primary nav menu has also been moved from its default location in the header to be positioned after the home featured widget area. This means you have custom code somewhere that has done this. That's not the way Centric Pro is delivered. When home-featured is not displayed, the menu is there but is is under the header because the header has a fixed position. You need to find the custom code and move the menu back into the header.

I'm finding home-featured numerous time in the original stylesheet
1.
.home-featured .more-link,
.home-widgets .more-link {
background-color: #2e2f33;
border-radius: 50px;
color: #fff;
display: block;
display: table;
font-size: 11px;
font-weight: 700;
letter-spacing: 2px;
line-height: 1;
margin: 20px auto 0;
max-width: 200px;
padding: 10px 24px;
text-align: center;
text-transform: uppercase;2.
.home-featured .more-link:hover,
.home-widgets .more-link:hover {
background-color: #13afdf;
color: #fff;3.
.home-widgets .entry-content > p:last-child,
.home-featured .entry-content > p:last-child {
margin-bottom: 0;4.
.home-featured .wrap {
margin-top: -160px;
max-width: 782px;
display: table;
text-align: center;5.
.home-featured .home-widgets-1 {
display: inline-block;
display: table-cell;
vertical-align: middle;
width: 100%;
padding: 200px 0;
font-size: 20px;6.
.home-featured .entry-content > p:last-child,
.home-widgets .entry-content > p:last-child {
margin-bottom: 28px;7.
.home-featured .home-widgets-1 {
padding: 120px 0 60px;8.
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {body,
.home-featured .home-widgets-1 {
font-size: 16px;When I compare my current stylesheet to an original copy they are exactly the same. I'm using diffchecker.com to compare files.
Thanks again
June 4, 2016 at 5:11 am #186936Victor FontModeratorAs I poured through the code, I found that there is no actual home-featured widget area. Centric Pro adds a home-featured class wrapper to home-widgets-1 in front-page.php. It's strictly a CSS class designation. The menu is located in the header right widget area on the Centric Pro demo. if you want to move the menu to the header instead of header-right, you have to add the following to your theme's functions.php:
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' ); add_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_nav', 12 );
