    Hi there! I’m using the Balance theme on this site. I need to reduce the spacing at the bottom between the “Older Posts” link and the footer area. So, I need to move up the footer area. Where and how would I edit this? Thanks!

    There are two sources for the extra spacing.

    The entire content area is surrounded by 20px of padding. And the pagination link has 20px of padding on the bottom. So stacked together, that space you’re referencing is 40px tall.

    You can edit this in the child CSS file. First, search for #content and remove the bottom content padding by setting it to 0 like this:

    `#content {
    float: left;
    padding: 20px 20px 0 20px;

    Then search for .navigation and adjust the bottom padding as needed. The 12px is just a suggestion.

    `.navigation {
    overflow: hidden;
    padding: 20px 0 12px 0;
    width: 100%;

    Let me know if these instructions make sense. Thanks!
