When I make the screen smaller width-wise, the headers and upper text reposition themselves, they scale, change justification, etc.  I’d like to just make the page static.  How can I remove this default dynamic repositioning in the framework?  I’ve looked all over the place, I’ve changed all value from 100$ to something fixed.  There’s something else in there that I have no experience with.  Thanks in advance.

You need to remove all the responsive rules at the bottom of the stylesheet as well as the viewport meta tag function in functions.php
