I have designed a new website using Exec Pro theme and have made a number of customisations using Genesis Extender, and some Bootstrap elements. The site is http://www.positivefxstudio.co.uk
Everything seems to be displaying ok on most modern computer browsers, but I have been getting feedback to say the site isn't displaying correctly on mobile devices. Overall the pages load to the left and display a gap to the right instead of displaying full-width of the screen. This is also intermittent. On an iPad/iPhone in portrait it displays incorrectly on first load. On Blackberry it displays correctly on first load, but on reload/refresh it will shift everything to the left.
- So this is the first issue I am trying to understand why this is.
Then I have 3-4 elements that are not 'responsive correctly'.
1. Front Page 'Our Services' section should either scale or stack on mobile devices but its doing neither.
2. Footer Subscribe Form doesn't scale - but the same form that sits in a sidebar on other pages does scale correctly.
3. Twitter Feed doesn't display on all mobile devices - seems to show on iPad but not on Blackberry?
4. I have used Dashicons plugin to add ICONS in my navigation menu. On the Blackberry phone it shows these as small squares. I have contacted the plugin author but haven't had any response so trying to understand how I might fix this.
I have reached out via a support ticket and they have suggested I put this out here in the forum.
I would appreciate any suggestions or feedback anyone could provide to help me try and fix some of these issues.
Many thanks
http://www.positivefxstudio.co.ukA slight update on my request. I have fixed one of the elements (Footer Subscribe Form) - this was being effected within the widget area. Thanks
