Hello,
i have read this in FAQ.Can I use Genesis for clients? (To sell sites to clients, for my hosting company, for multisite sales, etc.)
Absolutely.
You are welcome to use our themes to develop full websites that can be sold. We do not restrict the use of our themes to turnkey sites.
Does that mean that i call create a Theme(child theme) based on core Genesis framework and sell it on marketplaces (like Themeforest) as a turnkey niche theme without that my customers would need to buy an additional Genesis licence?
Regards

To get updates and support, all Genesis child theme users need to purchase the framework once only.
What you can do is include your affiliate link and refer them to StudioPress to purchase Genesis in thier own name.
Something like:
This child theme requires the installation of the Genesis theme framework.

thanks for you answer.
Unfortunatelly nobody would buy my Theme if it would not be a package with everything included. The competiton is simply too strong on those marketplaces. Also i dont like my themes to be known as "child themes of X". My vison is more like a "Turnkey site Theme" where the graphics would be ready and customer would modiffy only some small ports of the text etc.If this is not in complience with Genesis licence i will need to use some other framework to build my themes, wich i would really not like to do as i put so much time into learning Genesis.

She sells nearly identical 360 or PDC themes with the framework included. Yikes!
You can use underscore (parent theme) or even 2016 to build a child theme to sell on those marketplaces. You can use do_action and make your own hook system too. Or you can do like ZigZag, 360, and Pretty Darn Cute, create your own marketplace. There's also another place that curates Genesis Child themes. Also, I don't think you can sell Genesis Child Themes on Themeforest, there's a really old one there and that's it. They are VERY picky about their code they accept. Creative Market is the only other place and it's hard to sell there, but others do it.
I don't know, I used to do well with html themes for Bootstrap only because of the key word and people think they need Bootstrap, but now the market is very choosy they want TONS of features, 1000s of pages, and the same vanilla thing over and over again and the user base are hard to deal with. They don't understand that Bootstrap is NOT its own technology so they skip a lot of learning.
Rant over.

Examples
https://genesisthemes.ca
http://genesiswp.guide/2016-02-19/There are dozens of sites like these who will help you promote your child themes.
