Genesis Sample v.2.01
How do I get the search button to display now, please? It used to just be hidden by display:none, but I’m blowed if I can find it!
Open your child themes style.css file with Notepad++ and use the search feature to find display:none
Hi Brad. I did (well used Dreamweaver <G>) Couldn’t find it
You can hook in one using a custom function in either the primary or sub nav, http://wpsites.net/web-design/add-search-form-to-any-genesis-nav-menu/
Hi Brad. Thanks but that’s not what I’m after. Perhaps I didn’t word it well enough…
I have search form in a widget but it does not show the “go” button. Previously when the button didn’t show it was merely hidden with css using the display:none. This is what I can’t find and want. It seems that it’s the “in” thing now to leave off the button, and I see all the new Genesis themes are leaving it out
