    I have set up a different menu for each section using the sidebar and custom menu widget. http://test1.moragareid.com/health-fitness/

    I have styled the menus using the following CSS:

    .widget-area ul li a {
    font-family:’Oswald’, arial, serif;
    color:#AA1E2C;
    }

    .widget-area ul li a:hover,
    .widget-area ul li a:active {
    color:#333333;
    }

    I’d like the active page menu item to stay the gray color, but the above CSS doesn’t seem to do that.

    Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve.

    Thanks

    I think you want to use this instead:
    .widget_nav_menu li a:hover {
    color: #333;
    }

    (may want to change all of the .widget-area above to .widget_nav_menu but I’d verify first–but I tried this and it worked for me.) HTH

    I do the best I can with what I’ve got. (say hey on twitter)
