Hi
I don’t get a widget when this plugin/widget is installed ..
“3) In your Widgets menu, simply drag the widget labeled “Social Profiles” into a Widgetized Area.”
I get the icons when creating a menu, but no widget to put in place where i want the menu/icons to show up ..
All the best
Carsten, DenmarkFebruary 4, 2013 at 4:12 pm #18047Hi Carsten,
Can you please provide more detail, such as the theme you’re using, the plugin in question, and a URL to the site where you’re having problems?
Thanks,
Carrie

February 5, 2013 at 1:11 am #18155Hi Carrie
The plugin is the Social Profiles Widget
The theme is Delicious
I’m not sure how much a url will help since it’s in the admin panel the widget is missing in the first place, and therefor cannot be found on the site …
But the site is http://www.gittehovmand.dk
All the best
Carsten, DenmarkFebruary 5, 2013 at 7:58 am #18195Hi Carsten,
Delicious is an older theme that’s been retired, so I’m wondering if it might just be a compatibility issue. Go ahead and submit a support request to StudioPress via the topmost menu on this page -> My StudioPress -> Get Help.
Be sure to include a link to this thread in your support request.
Cheers,
Carrie

Did you receive a confirmation email as soon as you submitted your ticket? If not, something might have gone amiss during the submission. Support is usually pretty quick to respond. Let me know!
Cheers,
Carrie

Nope, and neither now when trying again …

Carsten, DenmarkFebruary 12, 2013 at 7:15 am #19797Another user suggested that the Genesis Social Profiles Menu plugin might be conflicting. Have you tried disabling it to see if that helps?
