    I’m using a Genesis Child pretty much as is at the moment. I need to change the visited hyperlinks to another color. So in the child css file I’ve added:

    a:visited
    {
    color: #800080;
    }

    Uploaded, emptied cache and … no change.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hey Bruce: How did you fix this? I’ve been trying to figure out how to do the same thing on my site but haven’t had any luck.

    Ahh… I figured it out. I had to add this to the color style block for my theme:

    .eleven40-pro-blue .site-header .sub-menu a:hover {
    color: #2aa4cf;
    }
