I am a new member and I submitted a support ticket 3 days ago as advised rather than use the forums.
I have to date not had a reply, i was under the impression support was answered within 24 hours midweek?
Could a mod please advise
Did you receive an acknowledgment of your support ticket being entered? A correctly submitted support ticket will generate an e-mail acknowledgment.
Did you check your spam folder? (Please be sure to whitelist support at copyblogger.com to ensure you receive a response).
At this point, I would go ahead and re-submit your ticket.
Thanks for the reply, I did receive an automated reply pretty much straight after i submitted the ticket.
However I have not received anything since. I always check my spam folder as i run several very busy websites. The automated reply came to my inbox
Then go ahead and submit another ticket.
