    I’m using a custom image size for my featured image for excerpts on my homepage. However, if the image isn’t wide enough text wraps around it in a funny way. How do I have the image appear, and then the text start below it regardless of the width of the image? Ideally the image would be centered if it weren’t wide enough.

    Here is a screenshot showing what I mean:

    If you want the excerpt to start below the image, regardless of the width, you could have the paragraphs on your homepage clear the image, since it’s floated left.

    Something like this in your CSS could work:

    .home #content .entry-content p { clear:both; }

    As long as the featured images are set to align left or align right, this would work.

    Thanks, looks like that worked!
