Hi, I installed Outreach Pro on a site and set up the home page with widgets, but the old TwentyTwelve theme is still showing on the home page. All other pages show the new theme. I have set Settings to show Posts instead of static page, There are no caching plugins and I tried turning off all the plugins. There is no caching on the hosting. I reinstalled WordPress in case there was something overwritten in the core files. I even deleted the static page from the old theme and it still shows on the home page! I was thinking this would resolve itself, but it's been over 2 weeks and the home page is still the old theme. Any ideas on what could be going on? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

It looks like this has been resolved, can you validate?
If not the obvious question would be is it activated? Under Appearance -> Themes -> Hover over your theme and click Activate.
Hope that helps
October 13, 2015 at 11:59 am #168049laurahartwigdesignMemberThanks for looking at this, but no, it hasn't been resolved. You'll notice the home page has a pink background. The home page of the new theme has a white background and slider like the demo, but you'll see it's a static page showing now. If you click on any of the menu links, you'll see the other pages are all displaying correctly with the Outreach Pro theme. Yes, I've activated the theme under Appearance. I've used this theme several times with no problem and can't think of what the issue could possibly be. I appreciate your time!

This is under Settings -> Reading
October 13, 2015 at 12:10 pm #168053laurahartwigdesignMemberYes, thanks.
October 13, 2015 at 12:11 pm #168054laurahartwigdesignMemberEven if those weren't my defaults, it should still be showing correct theme, even if it wasn't showing slideshow.
October 13, 2015 at 12:14 pm #168056itzsniderParticipantThere are some themes that require the front page to be set specifically.
If you want to PM me login info I can take a look around. Looking from the outside won't help much at this point.
Outside of cacheing I would need to see behind the scenes.
Hope you get it fixed.
October 13, 2015 at 12:21 pm #168058laurahartwigdesignMemberI appreciate your looking into it. I'll keep working for another day or two to see if I come up with anything and if not, I'll PM you the login. Thanks again!
October 13, 2015 at 12:34 pm #168064itzsniderParticipantNo worries Laura I hope you get it fixed! Strange for sure. Something is either caching it or you have it called out specifically somewhere secret!!
October 13, 2015 at 1:02 pm #168067IDX LeadsMemberYour <head> section on the home page is loading the old theme style sheets beginning on line 57. Why it's doing that and how to fix is beyond my skillset. Hopefully somebody with that expertise will lend it.

October 13, 2015 at 2:46 pm #168071laurahartwigdesignMemberRESOLVED: In case anyone else has this problem, I realized there was an old index.html file in the root folder. I removed it and all good. Thank you all for your help.
