Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has a simple way to produce a toggle sidebar within the Genesis theme framework, or if you could direct me on some tips of how to get this working specifically with the Genesis framework (in case there are some 'good to know' points).
The type of thing I'm looking to create is sort of like this: http://tri.be/
Some articles I found online (but hoping for a more, plug-n-play solution if possible):
http://joshpress.net/add-slideout-sidebars-to-wordpress/
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5576893/how-to-toggle-hide-show-sidebar-div-using-jquery
http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/13521/toggle-sidebar-display
Already looked at Widget Overlay plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-widget-overlay/screenshots/ - not quite what I want. I know the author has a sidebar overlay too. It's got styling bugs.
Not asking for advice or tutorials to membership sites that you want me to pay for. I'm looking to the good will of the community to help out here. Thanks. FYI: I'm happy to pay contractors for their work on my projects. Right now I'm doing research and need more info to find out the feasibility of this solution. I'm hoping a "community" forum can stay just that: a helpful place.

I already mentioned in my original post that I've seen this plugin and it's not what I want. I even linked to it. I also already made it clear what I am looking for, by giving examples.
Now it can look like my question is answered, when it's not. And that's frustrating, because it's rare anyone else will reply once a post is shown as having a reply, in my experience.
This has happened on almost every post I post here.

Either way, stating that is has to work with Genesis is misleading because in the end, it is just HTML, CSS and JS. The Tri.be is a WP site - have you looked at the code?. If you want something off the shelf that "works" with Genesis, than Brad's recommendation is likely the most viable and you'll have to adjust your expectations.. If that isn't what you want, have you looked at the inspiration for this plugin?

I'm pretty confident you're not going to find some point and click solution for this that perfectly fits your needs.

Brad, sorry if I came off the wrong way.
Brett, this is mostly what I wanted to find out. Thanks for your input.
