    I am using the Corporate theme and I want to make the Footer credit text area transparent.

    http://tinyurl.com/paalutj

    The part that says:

    “Return to top of page Copyright © 2013 ·Corporate Theme · Genesis Framework by StudioPress · WordPress · Log out”

    I want this to look like part of the website background, then I want to put social media icons there plus another link or two.

    So my questions are:

    1) How do i make this section transparent?

    2) How do I make it span the entire width of the page?

    Thanks.

    Are you saying you want to remove the credit text from your footer area?
    If this is the case just go to the footer code snippet on this page http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/ It will show you what code you need to remore the credit text for your theme.

    I don’t want the footer credits removed.

    I just want the footer area to look like the page background.

    Thanks

    Are you saying you want the text of the credit to match your page color?

    To answer your questions:
    1) You would need to set your #footer background-color to #000033 –

    2) To set the width to entire width of the page you would need to set the classes within the .wrap to be width 100% or with float: clear;

    I hope this helps,
