I want to build a site that has some two column pages (primary sidebar set to left as default layout) and some three column pages.
Trouble is that in the standard Genesis three column layout template the primary sidebar moves to the right and the alt sidebar to the left.
How can I change to the desired style:
two columns: primary sidebar - content
three columns: primary sidebar - content - secondary sidebar
Go to your Dashboard --> Genesis --> Settings --> Default Layout.
Choose the icon to select the layout you want for most of your pages.
Then on the page(s) you want a different layout, scroll to Layout Settings and choose the one you want.
As far as setting up "primary, content, secondary" layout... this will require some backend (php/css) tweaking.

I know that it requires tweaking, but I am asking which.
