    I am trying to get rid of the hook “genesis_after_header” on this page.  I have created a custom template but can’t figure out how to unhook this hook on the page.  Thanks for the assistance!!

    This might be a start – I am not a programmer or coder – but this is a code to reposition the navigation. But if you look at the code – it’s removing and adding the navigation hooks. Maybe if you play with this code – you can unhook what you want, like use the REMOVE ACTION to remove it.  Sorry if I can’t be of more help, I am learning as I go along too.

    /** Reposition the primary navigation menu */
    remove_action( ‘genesis_after_header’, ‘genesis_do_nav’ );
    add_action( ‘genesis_before_header’, ‘genesis_do_nav’ );

    IF you are adding code to teh after header hook you need to make it conditional
