I am using ClipCart with Genesis and WooCommerce on two websites - but most importantly on http://www.halagear.com. My Variable Products are not showing the 'Add To Cart' button and I cannot work out how to fix it. I have been perusing forums on the web, but alas, nothing works.
Do you know of a solution? They were working... but do not anymore. I originally thought it was tied to W3 total cache, but that plugin is off and the problem persists. I tried turning off all my plugins, and switching to 2012 Theme - and it still did not work. I know the latter indicates that it may not be Theme related, but I am not sure if 2012 is causing problems too.
Here is a Variable Product page: http://www.halagear.com/product/hala-butterknife-double-bladed-paddle/
I sincerely look forward to hearing from you! I am in desperate need of help. 😉
(I'm running WordPress version 3.5.2. I'm using Genesis with Clip Cart Child Theme 1.2.1)http://www.halagear.com/product/hala-butterknife-double-bladed-paddle/
I am also having this problem.
You can see my variable product here: http://www.valentinaharris.com.php53-10.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com/product/la-monteduccia-la-marche-italy/
I am using the Daily Dish Pro child theme.
To date I have
- installed Genesis Connect for Woocommerce plugin
- installed WooCommerce jQuery Cookie Fix
- implemented the fix recommended by Woocommerce: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203104197-Variable-Product-Add-to-Cart-Not-Working
All to no avail. There seems to be a lot of stuff about jquery conflicts in the header or the footer and different jquery versions. As I don't think it wise to amend the Genesis function files and don't know where to start with jquery (warning: I am not a coder) I would sincerely appreciate some direction on this.
I really really don't want to change theme...
