ecommerce should always be added with a plugin in WordPress - regardless of theme used.

November 22, 2013 at 9:23 am in reply to: Adding Soundcloud icon to Simple Social Icons plugin #74977Andrea RennickMemberHonestly, we'd tell you to use something else. The only way to customize a plugin is to fork it.

The first two links are core code form WordPress itself.
Your next links are from a plugin.
That is why we would not help in support. They are not theme issues.

Andrea RennickMemberhowever I’ve neither an http:// nor a www. in front of my page urls in the Safari address bar – just the plain domain name
If the site is working and loading fine, then that's just how Safari displays it in the address bar.
For more multisite specific information, please check out the Multisite subforum at wordpress.org.

August 29, 2013 at 8:25 am in reply to: Minimum Pro – How can I control the background image re-sizing #59524Andrea RennickMemberThe image issue for the background is working as intended in the design. It is not a featured static image.
The design is a background image with a parallax effect.

Andrea RennickMemberThe image is not a featured image, that seems to be the confusion.
It is a background image with a parallax scrolling effect that resizes on multiple browsers and screen sizes. Some people are having issues because of misunderstanding the design intent.
It is not intended to be a fixed image at a specific size.
Having said that, we are indeed looking at offering options for people who do not like this effect.
