You use the Custom HTML widgets to add your ad code. There isn't a specific theme as this functionality is in all themes.

AnitaKeymasterThe Gravatar is displayed based on the email address you have used in your account. The same email used on Gravatar is what should be in your User Profile (the one you use to log in with).

March 12, 2019 at 3:41 pm in reply to: Blog Contains Posts Used for Genesis Responsive Slider #490005AnitaKeymasterYes, that is probably what's happening because that setting is for the template. I'm not sure how they've coded that since it's third-party. Maybe reach out to BrandID's support here - https://thebrandidthemes.com/support/. Third party handles their own support.

March 12, 2019 at 11:17 am in reply to: Blog Contains Posts Used for Genesis Responsive Slider #490000AnitaKeymasterThat's odd. It works for me. Can you just double check the category ID? Walking through steps:
1. You created a page called Blog, selected Blog from the Page Templates, correct?
2. Went to Genesis > Theme Settings and placed "72" (without the dash (-) in there) and Saved it.
3. Not working. Are those the steps?

AnitaKeymasterGo to Pages. Do you have a page in there called "JB-LB"? If so, then you under Settings > Reading, you may have set that Home page as the Home page and your Blog page as the Posts Page. Change that information on that page and it should fix it for you.

AnitaKeymasterOne of the Genesis developers had a similar situation happen. Jo wrote a blog about how she fixed it here - https://www.calliaweb.co.uk/wordpress-visual-editor-blank/.

March 12, 2019 at 11:01 am in reply to: Blog Contains Posts Used for Genesis Responsive Slider #489996AnitaKeymasterUnder the Genesis Theme Settings, did you add that number to Exclude Categories under the Blog Page Template settings? ** I only ask because you did not specify how you were trying to exclude it. **

AnitaKeymasterThat's great! Since this is resolved, I will close your thread.

AnitaKeymasterAll of the StudioPress child themes have a Readme.txt file in there that get's updated with a Changelog. You can unzip your copy and review that file.

AnitaKeymasterWhere do you expect to see the gravatar? Can you point to a page/post or comment area?

AnitaKeymasterIt looks like you need to regenerate your thumbnail images. If you had an existing website and switched to News Pro - you need to use this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate your images to the correct size.

March 12, 2019 at 7:18 am in reply to: The best practice to add any HTML marker to a genesis child theme #489974AnitaKeymasterCan you please explain what you mean by "HTML marker". And adding a form on a page is basically a WordPress questions and dependent upon the plugin you are using to add that form to the website. Are you using a plugin or embed code?

AnitaKeymasterWe would need to have a link to the page to really assist you with this.

AnitaKeymasterThere is probably some odd code on that page. It could be an embed code, a div that is not closed somewhere in the page content. Look in the Scripts box and make sure there isn't anything in the scripts on that page. Whatever it is, it's on just that page.

March 12, 2019 at 7:10 am in reply to: How to translate "Older Posts" / "Newer Posts"-Links? #489970AnitaKeymasterI've worked with this theme quite a bit. The Next/Previous code is in the genesis-changes.php folder which is why the snippets you are finding do not work. You will find the code in the genesis-changes.php file. You can remove it from there and then add the snippet to the functions.php file. Or just update it in the genesis-changes.php file.

AnitaKeymasterDo you have a link to your site so we can see what's actually in place in your site? By default these should already be displayed there. If you were a Genesis user prior to switching to Outfitter Pro, you may have Genesis Simple Edits in place which has removed those shortcodes. Check your site for that plugin.

AnitaKeymasterHi there, I see you are using Breakthrough Pro. Typically when you want to set a static page as your home page you will need to either rename the front-page.php or remove it so that the home page widgets become disabled. Once you do that, then go to Settings > Reading. Set the Home Page as you home page and then set the Posts Page your Blog page. Try that to see if it will work for you.
