AnitaKeymasterDoug, I was referring to what you wrote in your code above. You wrote:
And to do that, wouldn’t the correct code be as below?
.body {
background-color: #0079AA;
color: #ffffff;
}You have the dot (.) before body. Remove that and it should work.

AnitaKeymasterWell, everything is still in Beta and they are updating Gutenberg, WordPress and even the Genesis Sample on a regular basis now. I wouldn't try to use Gutenberg on a Live, real website at all just for those reasons.

AnitaKeymasterAnitaKeymasterHave you disabled Gutenberg to see if the menu shows back up?

AnitaKeymasterNo, you should not change the name Genesis as it's the framework and all of the child themes reference the framework. Not only will the framework break but child themes will not work.

AnitaKeymasterNo, with most of the page builders like Beaver Builder and Elementor, you need a custom template to work with Genesis. You can try this tutorial here to see if that will work for you.

AnitaKeymasterYou may want to post this question on the plugin support page - https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/genesis-author-pro.

AnitaKeymasterNo, there isn't a comprehensive Genesis Child theme that has been built to that level (not that I've seen). You can select a theme and add plugins to provide the playlist, events and merchandising functionality.

AnitaKeymasterSorry, that doesn't help. You can use your browser dev tools to pinpoint the issue you may be having. That will help you resolve it.
The Genesis Sample Child Theme is fully responsive, as is all of the StudioPress and Third Party themes.

AnitaKeymasterUnfortunately, without seeing the site in a Live environment I am unable to see the code to help. Someone else may be able to jump in here. Good luck.

AnitaKeymasterIf you want to eliminate the date and admin, use this - https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/entry-header-html5/customize-the-entry-header/. For the margin, you can use your browser dev tools to locate that area which may look like this:
.content { padding: 6rem; }
Without seeing the actual site, that's pretty much your starting point.

AnitaKeymasterYou should look at the Business Pro documentation here - https://docs.seothemes.com/category/14-business-pro. If you have questions about the code or something not working as expected, submit a ticket to them directly here - https://seothemes.com/support/. If you are using Beaver Builder, join their Facebook group here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/beaverbuilders/ or look through their knowledge base here - https://kb.wpbeaverbuilder.com/article/589-support-policy.

October 2, 2018 at 5:35 am in reply to: Brunch Pro – Change Top Featured images to separate pages/categories? #223487AnitaKeymasterYou can add two Genesis Featured Posts widgets - set each one to the category you would like to display. Then add a Genesis Featured Page widget pointing to the Page you want. Be sure to add your featured image to the page.

AnitaKeymasterOpen the category under Posts. You should Archive Headline and Archive Intro Text.
