Well… I had to delete the image and then re-upload it and add the caption. Then it would save. If you have an image already placed and want to add a caption – you’ll have to delete it and then add it again. What a pain!
I would recommend that you contact the theme developer ZigZagPress about these. They have their own Zendesk support system on their website.
In their instructions – it states that there is a search.php file. Did you add the required code and the modified search.php? There demo works so somewhere there is a disconnect – it’s not saying, “use my theme CSS”. Check the settings of your plugins to see if there is a setting for using your themes CSS.
Read this, it might help guide you – http://www.carriedils.com/move-header-footer-genesis/948.
Please post a link to your website so we can take a look and also to see if we get the same message.
Look at this. I edited the margin and the padding and I can see that the text moves and I can see the left side of the ribbon. However, I cannot get the right side to appear. The wrap is 960 but your image is 1100. I think if want the ribbon to be wider than the rest of the site, you will need to move the footer-bar outside of the footer wrap. Maybe look here at the hook guide to find the proper placement – http://genesistutorials.com/visual-hook-guide/.

What version of Chrome are you using? It’s looks just fine for me. I have Chrome version 24.0.1312.57 m.
You know, if you just can’t find what you are looking for… you could add a link to “download” it if that’s feasible. Maybe a notation that if they are unable to “play it” they can download it to their device and listen to it that way. Just another workaround until you find something.
Check your plugins folder on the server for the Gravity Forms because that’s where it’s finding that it’s already installed. Have you deactivated all of your plugins? If not, deactivate them. See if you can find Gravity Forms in there. If so, activate it. Then re-active each plugin one at a time and see if Gravity Forms stays there. If it poops out on one of them – then that particular plugin is causing the problem.
