Well, I don’t have that problem because I use the Jetpack plugin which converts my website to a really nice mobile ready website. If they want to see the full version, they just click the link at the bottom for the full website.
You can use Nick’s plugin for responsiveness – http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header. There are pros and cons to responsiveness. If you search the forums… some people hate it and want to remove it all together, whereas people like yourself what every aspect of the theme to be responsive. It’s really lose-lose situation instead of a win-win.
You can re-set the size by
editediting your Functions.php. Go to Appearance > Editor and then click functions on the right.
Scroll down and look for this:
[php]/** Add support for custom header */
add_theme_support( ‘genesis-custom-header’, array(
‘width’ => 960,
‘height’ => 200
Change the width and height to your logo size. Then upload again. It should not prompt you any longer to crop the image and should place it left as you want it.

What you can do it… instead of having the image at the top before the content, add it to the body of the content and then use the “the more” function as seen below to force the “read more” link. The image will then show up when they click “read more.”
You need to clear you cache settings. Do you have any Caching plugins installed on the website at all?
You are using a third party mega menu plugin. You might want to post your question on their support forum or send them an email.
You could use the Genesis Simple Sidebars plugin – http://www.studiopress.com/plugins/simple-sidebars. Create a new sidebar and just place it on the Blog page. It works great.
Did you add any custom code snippets or anything like that? Possibly ask for help on another issue here on the forum?
You didn’t change the “slug”. If you change the page name – and you want the same to show as the URL, you need to change the slug also.

The slider will not “upsize” to fit the slider. You will need to use “landscaped” images that are equal to or larger than the slider settings. It will “downsize” the images to fit, but they will not upsize. Some of your images are Portrait and those won’t work.
I have Buddypress currently set up using Outreach on a current client project. If you would like to see it and talk, just send me an email. We can set up a time so you can view my screen using Join.me if you want.
Oh, I think what I gave you was supposed to be added to the Functions.php so you wouldn’t have to remove all of that! But glad it’s working for you. Just remember… if you ever want to put it back – just copy that piece of code back in there.
