The Genesis Tabs do not have the ability to scroll. There was a hack a year or so ago to get the code to work, however many plugins have been made to fulfill that need. Take a look over at CodeCanyon.net under WordPress, use the search box on the right for Tabs.

AnitaKeymasterDid you save it in a JPG or PNG? I find that if you save it as a PNG, its much more clear and crisp. By the way, it's not responsive, so you might want to give Nick's Responsive Header Plugin a look too - http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header.

AnitaKeymasterCan you be a little more specific? Are you meaning the header where I see the Creativebloggers link on the top left?

AnitaKeymasterOkay, I am trying to comment again and they are not showing up. I think they need the landing page template. Brian Gardner has instructions on this - go to BrianGardner[dot]com/create-landing-page/

AnitaKeymasterI think this is what they are looking for. They need the landing page template which doesn't come with the Metric theme. Brian Gardner has instructions on this.

AnitaKeymasterWhat are you trying to place in the widget area?

AnitaKeymasterThank you. I am confused with the last line you wrote. This is what I have. I inserted the code below the function outreach_sub_footer... do I need to place that } somewhere here?
/** Add the sub footer section */
add_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'outreach_sub_footer', 5 );
function outreach_sub_footer() {
if ( is_front_page() ) {the rest of the code will not copy.....

AnitaKeymasterYou're welcome. I think because you switched out the slider and the responsive one has the little dots under it.

AnitaKeymasterInstall the Genesis Simple Hooks - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-simple-hooks/. Then look for the Genesis_After hook box and place it in there and save it.

AnitaKeymasterI used Firebug, and if I change 42px in the padding to 45px - it moves it back over.
.slider-inner {
background-image: url("images/slide-shadow.png");
background-position: center bottom;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 30px 0 42px !important;
width: 960px;
}

AnitaKeymasterYou can just go to Tools > Import > Select WordPress Importer. Install and activate it. It will then give you the prompt to upload your XML file.

AnitaKeymasterYou know, I wrote that wrong - it should be background-color: #000000;
