AnitaKeymasterLooks like you have two #header codes in your CSS. One is located at about Line 30 and the other #header is located at 193. Remove the one at 193 and the one at 30 will show up.

AnitaKeymasterIt's helpful to only post once. Did you copy and paste the footer code in order to make your three widget areas?

AnitaKeymasterI think as their demo shoes here - http://demo.studiopress.com/minimum/image-centered/, you need to INSERT the image into the post. This example is not using the Featured Image function. Try inserting it in your post.

AnitaKeymasterI beg to differ with you. I do it all the time and I am looking at my own screen. I just performed it the very steps I gave you. I hope you find the solution you are looking for.

AnitaKeymasterYes, you can set a default in the Genesis Settings and you can also set them per page/post on each of the pages/posts. If you don't see it on the page/post - scroll up to the Support tab - top right corner - and make sure the Discussion has a checkmark in the box. You may not have all the settings turned on.

AnitaKeymasterYou can change the size in your Functions.php to the requested size and then you won't need to Crop/Skip Crop.

AnitaKeymasterGreat. Can you delete or close my post in the General area pertaining to this? Thank you.

AnitaKeymasterHi Jen, thank you for helping. I thing he and I were at our wits end! Now, that code you supplied - does it go into the Functions.php file?

AnitaKeymasterOkay, so your initial entry was "how do I remove the white space." I provided how to do that. But you are saying now that you want to keep the white space but have the border evenly around the image. The image needs to be the same size as the area. If you change the home-top from 920px to 850px, you will see that the margins are even, however - it centers the slider on the home page. If you change the image size from 850px to 920px then the spacing will equal out.

AnitaKeymasterI don't back up the SQL as often, but I use the Export function under Tools and I export everything. I only use the SQL backup every so often. Have you tried the regular export function? Under Genesis - you can Export your theme and SEO settings also.

AnitaKeymasterThis article on this link says you need to specify that you want it on "single posts" only (not home page). Scroll down to the bottom and you should see it - http://blogvkp.com/add-widget-in-genesis-child-theme/.
