You're using Yoast. Do you have the Yoast breadcrumbs enabled on the site?

AnitaKeymasterLet us know if manual works. Be sure to check your PHP version on that. And maybe let us know who your hosting provider is. They may want to see what's happening.

AnitaKeymasterDid you only run the update one time? Did you give it some time and try it again? If it continues to happen, manually updating through the file manager should be fine, but I'd recommend reaching out to StudioPress about the error.

April 22, 2020 at 6:28 pm in reply to: Specify “offers”, “review” or “aggregateRating” on a NON Woocommerce website? #498144AnitaKeymasterIt's picking it up from the Print Store structured data - https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fruggerocarrara.com%2Fprint-store%2F because it's identified as "Product" and it's finding the "pricing block" created with Atomic Blocks. I'm not sure how you can correct that. Maybe post on the Atomic Blocks plugin page.

AnitaKeymasterOh okay. For making images larger than what's been provided you can also use Pixlr.com. But to resize an entire website of images I'd use the plugins Regenerate Thumbnails or reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced. You can also use a plugin call Imsanity and set the image configurations you want so that no matter what size you upload, they will be reduced to the limited size you added. i.e., if you say no larger than 2048 and the image is 3000, it's automatically resided to 2048 when you upload them. It also has a featured to run through all of the images in the site too. It's a free plugin.

AnitaKeymaster@pruningtogrow I don't have Safari but I asked in Slack if someone could take a look. Marcy said you have a plugin called Shift Nav installed and active. She said maybe deactivate that to see if resolves it for you. Otherwise, to do a plugin conflict check.

AnitaKeymasterThat's a plugin issue. I'd contact them about it. It could be your hosting provider. I've never had that happen. There are others on Google with the same issue.

AnitaKeymasterThere is no one-stop place for all of the things you'd want to customize in your theme and if you contact the theme designer they will more than likely tell you it would be a customization service for a fee. I do custom fee-based training if that would be helpful to you to customize the site on your own. Other than that, you'd really need to research each specific area and learn each one separately.

AnitaKeymasterThis part:
it writes classes like "site-inner" "widget-wrap" "widget-title widgettitle".
Some are output by Genesis and others by the theme. But since you created your own widget areas, you need to create the CSS for the "new" widgets you created. They don't exist in your theme.

AnitaKeymasterIs this a recommendation for when your images are uploaded and they are too small for the theme image sizes?

AnitaKeymasterThe color is directly in the stylesheet, but if you add this to the Additional CSS box under Appearance > Customize it will override it.
.home-top { background-color: #ffffff; }

AnitaKeymasterNot sure if you have the Pro Pack of StudioPress themes, but what I typically will do is figure out my design first and then look for a theme in the package that has most of the features I'm looking for. What you could do is find the themes that closely match your project and pick the one that would be easier to customize, i.e., look for the elements that you do not need to reposition or reconfigure. That's been my rule of thumb for years, plus it helps to jump start a project quicker.

AnitaKeymasterJust as a tip: If you use the code being provided above, be sure to make a backup of your theme files.

AnitaKeymasterThe home page is set up with widgets (Appearance > Widgets). The blog page is really not a page. It's used to display just the blogs in an archive format. You really cannot customize that page or add content to it - at least not easily and not the traditional Genesis way. You're using a third party theme by Design by Bloom which is the theme designer. They provide support for their themes here - https://designbybloom.co/contact/. Reach out to them for assistance.
Your theme hasn't been updated for the block editor.

AnitaKeymasterCan you post a screenshot of what you see on your device? And what device is it? Mac or mobile device?

AnitaKeymasterLink to the site so we can see what you're working with would be helpful.

AnitaKeymasterYou've given each of the three widgets a class. You need to add your classes to the stylesheet and code the titles and text.
