There’s a maintenance or splash page there. I cannot see the website.

Have you followed the instructions in your my.studiopress.com download area? By the way, I have a free real estate theme I launched last month also named Pristine.

Check your theme functions. You didn’t let us know what theme you are using and haven’t provided a link to your site.

I would use the Expose theme – http://demo.studiopress.com/expose/ – so it’s not such as drastic switch from what you have now to what you will create later. This will give you the extra areas you want for your subscription boxes on each page and post. And still give you that clean look.

I agree @essaysnark, I think they should be on the Settings page where the title, tagline, etc. is located.

That information is stored in the Genesis > SEO Settings (that’s if you don’t have another SEO plugin installed). Look there and you can add and position the title and site name in the order you want.

There’s a couple ways I would do this but I need more specific information. Can you email me on my website and we can discuss further?

If you loaded it originally with the Header, then add that code back in there.

You don’t have to purchase anything if you don’t want too. Your theme can be converted to HTML5 or you can use the new HTML5 Sample theme and customize that to look like your original website. There are several things you need to do to convert your existing theme to be HTML5 compatible. If you are unfamiliar with the process and would like to contract that service – you can send me an email to assist you or you can select another developer to do it for you.

You only need to update the framework. Child themes are never updated. The case is that they created one Sample theme back with the framework was version 1.8. When 2.0 came out, they created a new Sample theme which is HTML5. Your sample theme is not HTML5 so therefore you would only update the framework.

The 2.0 Sample Theme is totally different than the Sample Theme for 1.8. I think what you are confusing is the framework. You only needed to update the framework from 1.8 to 2.0 – not the child theme itself.
