That is their own plugin – they created it. Everyone has been wanting it. I guess at some point they are going to release it but haven’t yet.

Yes, it works. Just copy and paste that at the very bottom of the functions.php file. Now, there are references to the Nav (Prev and Next) where that showed up in unstyled text). I removed that code from two areas in the code so the numbers would show up styled at the bottom. http://awesomescreenshot.com/03c2q7sac0
Well, I was going to say, you could use a custom menu and set your layout to sidebar-content. Drag over a custom menu and that’s that.
Unfortunately not. But you can use Firebug or another web developer tool to assist you with that.
You need to take that code and apply it to mobile size in the media queries/mobile responsive CSS. Do not modify it at the top of the CSS. That’s why that is happening.
Studiopress doesn’t provide PSD files. Ambiance Pro isn’t using any graphics that would require PSD’s anyway. The images you see in the demo are images that they paid for via stock photo websites and they are not included with the themes.
Well, it also depends on the operating system and the monitor size and resolution. I’ve had that problem looking on a really old computer with a really, really old monitor. Unfortunately, theme developers are coding for the more recent browsers and monitor sizes as well as new computers.
They all have three column formats – it’s the sidebar-content-sidebar layout – http://demo.studiopress.com/magazine/layouts/scs/. It’s not a template – it’s a layout.
As I suggested previously, did you add the larger monitor size to your media queries section and add the appropriate CSS?
It’s located in your dashboard somewhere under your plugins and dashboard navigation.
