The you should go to my.studiopress.com, log in to your account. Go to Downloads. If you are Pro Plus, meaning you purchased the all of the themes at one time in a package – you should see all of the themes in your account. At the very bottom, there is a link to retired themes. If you do not see all of the themes, you should contact support. Provide them with the email address you used to purchase the theme package.

It should render a sidebar that you can use to place the Genesis Slider into.

Have you validate the Share plugin settings? Make sure that all the settings in the “working” site are the same in the “nonworking” site.
