Take a look at this and see if it helps you – http://wpmu.org/enable-or-disable-all-html-tags-in-wordpress-author-biography-profiles/.
That’s how they are lined up in your dashboard under the widget section. Is this where you want to rearrange them or are you talking about on your home page?
It’s pretty difficult to work in the blind without seeing what you’ve already done using the Metro theme. When you have it at a point where you can share it, please provide a link.

Looks like you modified your home.php file and somethings not right. I would copy that file back over to your hosting account using FTP. It should fix it.
You need to change that in the functions.php file or in your home.php file.
Yes, but keep in mind, if it doesn’t work and you’ve updated to 2.0, the hooks might have changed. But try it out.
Sorry, try Brad Dalton’s code here – https://gist.github.com/braddalton/6601387.
Register the widget first by opening up the Agentpress theme’s functions.php file. Scroll to the bottom and you should see them there. Copy whichever ones you want over to your theme’s functions.php. Then open up the Style.css file in the Agentpress theme and look for the CSS that goes with the widget area you copied over. Copy that information over to your theme’s style sheet.
Wow! Thanks Jeff for posting that back over here! Your persistence paid off.
Both sites are using the Genesis Slider and not WP-Cycle. If you want things to work cohesively, you should stick with the Genesis Slider, set the slider image to the full with of that area.
If you have been compromised – reinstalling all the old stuff could re-infect what you have there. You should probably run something like Sucuri to clean up what you have before you do anything.
The space for the slider wasn’t made to go all the way across. There is a widget on that side that was to hold the Quick Search (see the demo). Are you now saying you do not want that widget area and you only want a full width image there.

I am going to have to go back and look for this because I haven’t been able to get the short codes to work at all in the pre-2.0 themes that are using Genesis 2.0.

You can modify it, just make sure you modify the same area down in the responsive design/media queries section of the CSS. What I do it… look at the code I want to change, then look for it in the media section so I’ll know how to change that code.
