Hmmm, no good at my end still?
Tried on basically a clean install with genesis sample 3.3.0 here: http://base.hobartwebdesigns.com.au
Add theme support for 4 footer widgets and adjust CSS as per original post. The CSS makes the space for the 4th widget but there is no 4th widget in Appearance > Widgets
A bit more testing...
It does seem like the footer widgets are handled a bit differently in the latest genesis sample. Just enabled Genesis Sample 2.2.3 (2016) - 4 column widgets works perfectly (same site) with add_theme_support( 'genesis-footer-widgets', 4 );
Official support says:
Can I ask where you found that code snippet? Just so I can double-check that it's still a supported Genesis snippet; I did see references to it online, but I didn't find it in the Genesis developer documentation on an initial search.gvnetParticipantgvnetParticipantHi @Anita,
It works for you on the latest version fo the Genesis Sample theme?
Maybe something is wrong with my functions.php file 🙂

gvnetParticipantHi Davinder,
Many thanks for your offer of help. I have sent you an email.
Best regards,
GrahamgvnetParticipantSure - thanks for your help Andrea.
gvnetParticipant"button" class works.
My problem is that if I use "button", the style is overridden by woocommerce when on product or shop pages. The button then changes to the woocommerce style. This is why I tried the "my-button" class, as woocommerce doesn't see to override it.
It is just the width that is playing up...
gvnetParticipantI tried that but it does not affect the buttons using the my-button class?
gvnetParticipantHi Andrea,
Thanks for taking a look. I must have left that in there when I was trying to overcome this issue a while back...
I have removed this but unfortunately it is still not 100% width?
Any other ideas? Thanks!
gvnetParticipantI am using the lifestyle Pro theme.
gvnetParticipantAnyone able to have a look at this one for me please?
Many thanks.
gvnetParticipantAwesome @jon bellah - that's the sort of thing I was looking for with less workarounds than my border hack...
Many thanks.
gvnetParticipant@buddy boy8403 - thanks for the reply. It was a bit of a generic question but I have it sorted now.
I apply a white border (same as background colour) to the image before it is 'selected' (it is a gravity forms field) and then apply a coloured border once the field (the image) has been selected.
This keeps the image the same size before and after the change in state which keep sthe layout happy.
Many thanks.
gvnetParticipantThanks for the reply. I did find that but then the title is not hyperlinked to the post.
Is there anyway to do that?
