You can remove the "display: none;" from the rule for the subscribe button in the responsive sections of the style sheet to keep it showing.

SoZoMemberYou apply the image as the background of the .sidebar h4 rule then add enough left/right padding to the .widget rule to push the content in or add width and negative left/right margins to the h4 rule if you actually want it hangin outside the .widget div itself.

I recommend installing the Firebug add on for Firefox or using Chrome's Firebug Lite which will enable you to right click on any element to inspect it and determine the associated style rules or the selectors required to create new style rules.
