I did what it said in the tutorial and all the featured pages were laid out one below the other, instead of the 2 rows of 3 that are the default for this middle section.
I'm trying to achieve the look found in these other Agency theme sites, small images with titles that click through to pages.

This Agency theme site is also linking to pages http://www.vineyardadvising.com/November 16, 2013 at 5:27 pm in reply to: Agency Pro – Extend Fade Out beyond Home Top section #73475LizParticipantI'm listening in because I want to do the opposite, remove the fadeout and the whole home-top, and just have the home middle section as static on the page.

November 16, 2013 at 5:22 pm in reply to: [AgencyPro] Quantity and Layout of Home Middle Widgets #73473LizParticipantIN your step 1 above, if I add the following, I don't see how doing this indicates several sections, unless you mean that I'd remove the original home-middle widget registered and replace it?
genesis_register_sidebar( array(
'id' => 'home-middle2',
'name' => __( 'Home Middle2', 'agency' ),
'description' => __( 'This is the 2nd middle section of the homepage.', 'agency' ),On the home page widget in CSS, there is no width specification, just height.
.home-middle .featuredpost .entry {
min-height: 380px;LizParticipantWhen you create a mailing list in Mailchimp, one of the steps would be to create signup form. within one of those steps, you can copy the code for the form's optin box, It is this code that includes all the form action stuff. I'm going to see how this works with my client's MailChimp list (for right now I am using the MailChimp plugin).
LizParticipantAndrea, would this function work for YouTube or Vimeo embedded video too? If so, I'd like to see it.
LizParticipantThis looks great, Andrea. I will try it out after I hear about my other posts related to widget sizing.
thanks for the rapid helpful answer!
October 13, 2013 at 9:58 pm in reply to: Fine tuning the secondary navigation in Genesis Prose Theme #66571LizParticipantWould one of you please post the code needed to center the navigation bar? I've found 2 posts where people asked the question and then figured it out on their own. However, I see no answer and still need to know that part.
LizParticipantI'd like to know this too, as well as how to center the navigation bar across the page.
