Hi, Susan!
Thank you for following up! This is actually still an issue for me. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
makhoulMemberSummer, to confirm, let's say I have 3 images in the slider and I only want 1 of those 3 images in the slider to show the page title and/or content, I would need custom code for that?
Thanks!
makhoulMemberThanks, genwrock!
However, is there a way that we can toggle it? For example, I want it to show on one image, but not on the other.
How will the CSS snippet accomplish that?
Let me know. Thanks!
makhoulMemberGordon,
Thanks for your reply!
I think what you have just specifically applies to the site header and not to the main body content on the subpages.
What I meant by header was really the title of the page.
Take a look at the following page:
http://www.stgeorgeaz1.org/?page_id=595
See how there is a background behind the text? I accomplished this with HTML, but was wondering if there is something I could do in the stylesheet so I don't have to apply this to each page.
Let me know.
Thanks!

November 8, 2013 at 2:12 pm in reply to: Add Buttons to Right of Home – Slider w/ Executive Pro Theme #71773makhoulMemberI think I got this solved by using the width and height in percentages rather than pixels. Thank you though!
November 8, 2013 at 9:44 am in reply to: Add Buttons to Right of Home – Slider w/ Executive Pro Theme #71684makhoulMemberThanks again, Andrea. I was able to accomplish what I wanted using the below code in function executive_home_sections() in front-page.php:
genesis_widget_area( 'home-slider', array(
'before' => '<div class="home-slider widget-area" style="width:750px;float:left;">',
'after' => '</div>',
) );genesis_widget_area( 'home-slider-right', array(
'before' => '<div class="home-slider-right widget-area" style="width:250px;height:333px;float:right;">',
'after' => '</div>',
) );It looks great on a desktop, However, when I go to a mobile device, it doesn't look as great.
Any thoughts on how I can make this more mobile friendly?
Thank you!

Regarding the buttons, how do I accomplish replacing the slider widget area with two widget areas? I am still fairly new to WordPress and the Genesis Framework and I am learning as I go.
Thanks again!

Here is the link to the site in progress: http://www.stgeorgeaz1.org.
What I am wanting to do is put buttons, like you see below the slider now, right next to the slider on the right side.
Also, a separate question that just came up, is it possible to move the menu right next to the header image of the site?
Please let me know. Thanks for your help!
