Hi Victor, Thank you. I added the code to my functions.php file and saved it. Unfortunately, it didn't work and gave me an error code and the site did not display. I went back in and removed the code from the functions file and saved again to get back to where I was before and the site loaded properly. Any suggestions for how I can troubleshoot the problem?
Thanks,
PoseyPoseyMemberYessss, "I see" said the blind man.
Thank you so much,
PoseyPoseyMemberCarrie,
Sorry, I have looked and looked for that line of code and can't find it.
Can you give me a little more information so that I can find it. It is not included in the body code I showed before so it must be in with something else. I've looked the whole way through the code several times but can't find it.
Thanks,
PoseyPoseyMemberWell, I changed the code here and saved and cleared the cache but no change. I want the wrap to be that hex color so that the post/pages look like white paper laying on the pale blue shade. So I'm missing something is it another part of the code?
/* Body
------------------------------------------------------------ */body {
background-color: #f5fffa;
}::-moz-selection {
background-color: #006493;
color: #fff;
}::selection {
background-color: #baee93;
color: #222222;
}PoseyMemberHi Carrie:
Yes I still need help with this. The wrapper is showing up white/clear and I want it to be this hex code #f5fffa.
I s there more than one place for the wrapper code? Does one place over-riding another? And if so what would that be?
Thanks

However I can't seem to get the footer widget wrap area changed. I have replace the hex code and saved. Cleared the cache but still no change here is the code that I changed:/* Footer Widgets
------------------------------------------------------------ */#footer-widgets {
background-color: #color: #006493;
color: #c8c8c8;
clear: both;
font-size: 14px;
overflow: hidden;
width: 100%;
}I also changed this because the above color #006493; did not display. Clearly, I am missing something or have changed code that I shouldn't have when I was having so much difficulty yesterday:
/* Body
------------------------------------------------------------ */body {
background-color: #f2f2f2;
}::-moz-selection {
background-color: #006493;
color: #fff;
}::selection {
background-color: #006493;
color: #fff;
}Any suggestions?

It is the same place that I tried to change the hex code before with no success. I have tried numerous times--no change happens.
Other suggestions or more details if I misunderstood what you suggested.
Thanks,
