If moving WordPress around gets you a bit overwhelmed than that’s the first part I would start working on to improve. No matter which way you look at it you’re going to be doing that a lot if you want to take this WordPress development thing seriously

Are you working locally as well? I mean, do you have a server environment setup on your local machine as well?
