hmm, okay, it wasn't working before that either. I just did that late last night. It hadnt been correct since I changed the aweber mailing list. I will try to figure it out. thanks.
restminMemberstill not working, and before they "looked" like they were in the same "box" (maybe no borders?) I do use firebug and Q inspector on FF but am just not getting the code right. Right now I have all this in my CSS. Yeah, I tried a few quirky things, but those didn't work either. Sorry to bother, but it is back to making me nutty. LOL
.sidebar .widget:first-of-type { margin-bottom: 0; border-bottom: 0; } .sidebar .widget:first-of-type .aligncenter { margin: 0 auto; } .sidebar .widget:nth-of-type(2) { border-top: 0; } .sidebar input#af-submit-image-2035813497 { padding: 0; } .sidebar #af-body-1791818771.af-body { padding: 0 0 10px; } .sidebar #af-text-818968888.af-body { padding: 0 0 10px; }
restminMemberLauren, sorry to bug you again, but it is off with spacing.
I had to create a new aweber list (am working on broadcast vs. followup autoresponders) which meant I had to create a new aweber form for the list. Your code is still in my custom CSS area, and after adding the new form, I made sure it was all the same. Still I seem to have lost some of the adjustment.I tried to see what you had done and tried adding this, but nothing changed.
.sidebar input#af-body-1791818771 {
padding: 0;
}Can you tell me what I may need to change in future updates so it works?
THANK YOU!
http://invisibleillnessweek.comrestminMemberyes! o, bless you! I have spent HOURS on this... thank you so VERY, VERY MUCH!
restminMemberfixed main issue.

August 12, 2014 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Decrease padding or margin between widget title and element #118449restminMemberMy fault! There was a text widget and then a featured post widget, rather than naming the featured widget. Ugh! sorry!!
restminMemberawesome! thank you!!
August 12, 2014 at 12:41 pm in reply to: Decrease padding or margin between widget title and element #118445restminMemberI played around with this a bit, but there are a lot of
margin-bottom: 32It does work, but it decreases the title of the widget with the widget above it... which is the opposite of what I need unfortunately. I am trying to decrease the size... in a widget... between the widget's title and the widget's content.
It seems adjusting the margin-bottom just decreases the size between the widget title and the widget content in the widget ABOVE it.
Or maybe I am doing something wrong? (very likely!)
August 12, 2014 at 10:22 am in reply to: Decrease padding or margin between widget title and element #118414restminMemberThanks, the widget IS where I want it... I also had someone put in some extra widgets. The layout is fine on the homepage.
I just used this particular widget as an example.
I'd like the spacing decreased on all homepage widget titles between the title and the element.
The pink box in my screen shot isn't meant for layout, just to clarify. I was just pulling it out to show the before (and hopefully after) of spacing between the widget title and widget element.
Sorry if I am redundant, just trying to make sure it is clear 🙂
restminMemberThank you! I will mark as resolved and sent a ticket.
restminMemberThanks sooo much! It all worked well. For reference, in case someone else needs to know, for the bold, I added this line to this area of code. (This would be for the submenu headers/top of menu item.
.genesis-nav-menu a {
color: #fff;
display: block;
padding: 20px 24px;
position: relative;
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
}August 7, 2014 at 10:55 am in reply to: How can I create a full width homepage in Lifestyle Pro? #117593restminMemberwonderful! thanks, Genwrock. I looked right at that but didnt think I could just change 1 page, thought it would change the whole theme for some reason. Appreciate your help as well, Brad.
August 6, 2014 at 8:54 pm in reply to: How can I create a full width homepage in Lifestyle Pro? #117502restminMemberThanks, Brad. The possible issues is that I am using a Page, not the default home page. Rather than taking advantage of some of the genesis widgets, I am using Visual Composer for the layout and also need to make a few other Pages full width. Not sure how to proceed...
restminMemberahh, thank you, Gary! that did the trick! appreciate your help sooo much!
restminMemberthanks for checking. I hired someone on fiverr to fix it for me and he said it was some kind of a <div> tag issue, though I am not entirely sure what he did. Now it just started happening again because, when I had a conflict with a display widget (where you can decide what widget to show on what page), it made the 3rd box.
You can see it at restministries.com, sshot attached. If you have any ideas I'd be grateful. thanks
