Thanks to you both! I will try that. ALSO, what type of phone/tablet are you viewing it on? Because on both my ipad and my iphone the social buttons are fine, but when I minimize the website on my mac the buttons go into the logo.
And thanks for your input on the phone numbers. I am still trying to decide what numbers to put. Site is still under construction 😛sabrinaoMemberAnyone??

sabrinaoMemberOK! so I just want to THANK YOU for pointing me in the right direction. I didn't know i needed to create a widget for that area... So that is what ive done. But I don't see a "image widget" in my collection of widgets... but I do see the registered widget area that i created... so the only time the widget is activated is when i drag something in it.. (ie. calendar, custom menu etc.) BUT i do see a text/html widget so I added an image source code to it and it works! Is this generally what people do??
sabrinaoMemberThanks for your reply susan! I have the genesis sample child theme. My website is http://www.brightstartstudios.com. Im gonna check out the link you gave and see if that works. Thank you!
sabrinaoMemberHi Ozzy...
wow small world... lol
I was just on your site a earlier this afternoon and posted a comment in that section. I just wanted to know how would I put the "hamburger" to the far right corner of the menu like you have in wpbacon.com. I did a search through the comments and I saw another guy ask the same question and you said it would take some tweaking in the .css. I just dont know exactly where to look so if you could point me in the right direction id appreciate it! Thanks for your tutorials!

Does anyone else know this? Ive been looking for hours now and the only options ive found were getting a header logo image above the navigation which is not what i want to do. I am looking to put a full width static feature image below my logo and navigation and before the content on my home page.
here is my site:

Thanks in advance!
sabrinaoMemberThanks Susan! I actually did a search in the forum and found your answer here:

sabrinaoMemberIm sorry i don't know what you mean by that? I set the theme options>header to image logo instead of dynamic text.
The text isn't showing up, but the Sample Child theme's logo is showing.... only on mobile though. I can't figure out why. I did refresh my page and clear the cache history on my phone but it's still showing the original child themes logo
sabrinaoMemberThanks for the info! I did refresh but its still showing the "Genesis Framework" picture logo only on my phone, but not on my desktop. i replaced the original code:
/* Logo, hide text */ .header-image .site-header .wrap { background: url(images/logo.png) no-repeat left; padding: 0;
with this code:
/* Logo, hide text */ .header-image .site-header .wrap { background: url(http://www.brightstartstudios.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/logo.png) no-repeat left; padding: 0;
It looks fine on my desktop but on my phone it is showing the Genesis Logo instead of my own...???
sabrinaoMemberedit: http://www.brightstartstudios.com and shrunk the window
sabrinaoMemberIs anyone available to help me out a bit?
sabrinaoMemberThank you so much Lauren! You have been a great help! I think i'm ready to try it out now.
