Thanks SoZo! I kind of suspected that too, but my issue is the actual code I need to the 2 changes you mentioned. I don't know exactly how to do that? Can you give me a starting point on the code? I know a lot of others feel the same way, so this would be big help to the Community at large for the specific coding involved...
Thank you!
SiteDeisgn8850MemberYour Help Desk helped me fix it. This is the fix for that specific issue:
Add this to your style.css file:
.executive-orange .post-info .comments a {
color: #fff !important;
}
I dropped that snippet of code into about line 1723 (the line # might be different for others?). It's the area underneath the /*Executive Orange area of that CSS file. When I refreshed, the box showing how many Comments (1 Comment, etc) are on the Blog page under the Blog post remains white and doesn't change to the same background color as the box.
Thank you!SiteDeisgn8850MemberMore info:
I see that the CSS element causing this is in the CSS code on line 1718 - 1721:
.executive-orange a,
.executive-orange a:visited {
color: #e9ad50;
}
But the issue is if I change that HEX# to contrast with the Button it's sitting on, then it just ends up changing the ENTIRE site's text to that new color, and I only want to change that "visited" Comment text color... not the entire site's text.I just don't know how to add that new block of info in to isolate that one issue, can you assist?
Thank you,
JR
SiteDeisgn8850MemberIt was only happening on my Xampp localhost copy. I'll chalk it up to being an anomaly. I appreciate the reply - you can close this ticket.
Thank you.
